Shipping

We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products. Standard USPS shipping is used for all orders with free standard shipping available for orders over $30 USD.

Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we cannot guarantee that delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Processing time is 2-3 days per order and orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.

Orders are tracked via USPS and shipment and delivery notices will be sent via email.

Please note that Friday With Kaye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment leaves our premises with a tracking number, ownership of the items is transferred to the buyer or the carrier, as applicable. While we will do our best to help if contacted about shipping problems and delays, it may be beyond our ability to control once a package leaves our premises. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions or issues.

Payment

Friday With Kaye has partnered with PayPal and Stripe to securely process your payments. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. As Third Party Service Providers, Stripe and PayPal share your name, address, and email with us so that we can process and ship your order. Online payments are provided in a secure environment and will be processed in US dollars by Stripe or Paypal.

Return Policy

You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased from Friday With Kaye. 

You’ll have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Items must be returned to us in new and unused condition with original packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged. 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. You will receive a full refund of the product price paid once we receive your returned item(s).

Please note that monogrammed and personalized items are non-returnable.

Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and for your bank to post the refund to your account in the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

After 30 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible for return.

How to Return a Purchased Item 

Please print out our return form found here. Fill in your order number, the product you are returning and the reason for the return. 

Please note: if we do not receive your order number on the return form, we won’t be able to process your return. 

Repackage the item and take your parcel to any post office. Our return address can be found on the return form.

Make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your refund.

It’s the Customer’s responsibility to use a tracked delivery method and obtain proof of postage when you post the item(s). Friday With Kaye cannot be held responsible for missing packages on the customer’s behalf so we recommend saving your tracking information.

We’ll send you an email once we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.  

If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive a refund within 14 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item. 

If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance to your credit/debit card. 

If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account. 

Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item 

We are sorry that you received a damaged or incorrect item. In cases where the return of item(s) is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the postage paid for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you for returning the item.

Please return the item to us so that we can process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact us here so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Non-refundable Items 

Items that have been monogrammed or personalized are not eligible for return. We understand that buying a non-refundable item is a commitment, so if you have questions about any item, please reach out to us before placing your order.

When purchasing merchandise from our store or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive communications from us regarding our products and services.

Unless such email is necessary, such as to complete a sale or provide you with information related to a purchase, we will always give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these commercial emails from us by following the opt-out instructions provided in such message(s). Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding special offers or other updates.
