Welcome! Friday With Kaye is where I explore the topics I’m reading and writing about during the week as I work toward my Master’s Degree in Nutrition. I love learning about and sharing new ways to feel and look our best, regardless of what stage of life we’re in. The older I get, the more I’ve come to realize that health is our most valuable treasure. But wellness isn’t just about physical health and fitness. It also brings the gifts of clarity, mental and emotional resilience, a sense of calm and deeper connection to others. Wellness is taking charge of your own life and happiness. In a word, it’s thriving. And fortunately, that’s something we can all practice, no matter where we’re starting from.
